I like it here, convenient for work, lots of transportation option, amenities are great. Very close to a lot of things. I feel safe and secured. People are nice too. As long as I can afford it, my option would be the longest all the time. So far, I renewed 4times already. That means “ it’s good right ”

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesNearly two years later and I still love living here, the location to the inner harbour and harbour east means you are close to many events. while the building blocks much of the sound out from the streets.
Communal areas are kept clean and tidy.
Also a special shout out to the leasing office team, Brett, Troy, Daisha and Lela who are always friendly and handle the odd minor issue or concerns professionally. Their organised community events are also varied, fun and provide the opportunity to meet some of the residents that constitute the Arrive Inner Harbor community.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesDaisha and Troy were very welcoming and full of lovely energy upon us moving here. The staff does not hesitate to be a helping hand when needed. The apartment is beautiful, with lots of amazing amenities. Plus, there are always people here cleaning throughout the days. The security team at the front desk are very nice and helpful as well. I love the location of the building, as there is so much to see outside. Our neighbors are very friendly as well. The noise level here is great, we can’t hear anything outside of our apartment walls in the hallway. The only problem I would say is the parking, of course there are parking garages around. However if Arrive had their own inexpensive parking garage parking spaces that would be great.
