They worked with the veterans company that assisted me with move in cost, and even let me move in on a promissory note while waiting for the check. Customer service has been amazing since the move in all the way down to the staff downstairs in the lobby. Overall great experience so far

Communal areas are all very tidy and kept in good condition. I have had few complaints regarding our actual unit, it's very quiet- the walls block out 99 of the street noise.
