I have to be honest and say yes there are some things that I may not like but there are so many things that I love. I love the amenities, my neighbors are super nice, location is close to everything. The leasing staff is top notch Sean TJ Troy Layla and Brett. They are very attentive to all my needs and make me feel like this is home and they truly care about me. The maintenance staff is wonderful and quick to respond to any issues that I may have and is always willing to go above and beyond to fix the issue. I have noticed the changes that Trinity have made since purchasing this property all positive changes all good changes. I love that the leasing office will take suggestions from us the residents on what things we would like to see. I'm excited about what's to come from the things that I have seen the changes that have been made. I enjoy living at Arrive and I feel as though I have arrived.

As a new Maryland resident moving across the country from Texas, Troy and the team at Arrive Inner Harbor made my move stress-free and seamless. From the first call, all the way through to move-in date, Troy ensured that I was taken care of.
I couldn't view the unit in person, so Troy offered to do a virtual tour and not only took me through the unit but showed me the beautiful common areas that the community offers.
The location is fantastic. It is very close to restaurants, bars, and convenience stores around the corner. I looked at countless options in the Canton, Fells Point, Inner Harbor and Fed Hill areas, but I'm glad I chose to move here. My new puppy and I feel very much at home. Thank YOU Troy and team.

Before we made our decision on moving in, TJ was there every step of the way to answer any and all questions and concerns we had.
Once we moved in, we had the pleasure meeting everyone in the office. Lalah, offering the warm welcomes. And making you feel at home with fresh baked cookies everyday. Troy, consistently making his rounds speaking and interacting with every resident that passed by. And Brent and Sean, always gives you that open office door policy that we appreciate. The building is clean, housekeeping and maintenance are very helpful and quick to reply. Amenities are above and beyond We have no complaints about Arrive Inner Harbor of Baltimore.
