There are multiple coffee, tea, drinks, and snack machines around the apartment, one of the coffee machines has so many options and is for free Just bring your own mug They often hold community events on the rooftop, and bring food trucks almost weekly
There's a dog park on the 5th floor but it stinks badly and makes that entire floor stink.
Negative is the utilities bill as you have no control over it since its allocated amongst all tenants, so even if you don't use HVAC, sewer or electricity, you'll still be charged what they allocate to you based on your sq ft. For ex I'm in a 640 sq ft studio and currently charged 216, then there's seperate bills for trash and mail lockers.
The gym is very good, rarely anyone in it and many different cardio machines, there's a big yoga studio too.
I really recommend this place, feels like a hotel, everything is modern.

Someone new customer once mentioned his concerns if I have to use stairs, but there are around 10 lifts and nothing to worry about this. I recommend this place for those who want to live peacefully.

The staff has always been great The promised changes to the building’s aesthetic seems to be very slow coming but I’m happy to see them come. I’m very pleased with the most recent adding of rolling trash bins for the trash rooms. This will make the job easier for those tending to the trash while keeping the trash room floors clean which hopefully will prevent the major gnat problem we had last summer in the trash room and surrounding area. Managing a building while tending to so many people’s needs isn’t easy but the staff at Arrive Inner Harbor is doing a great job
