My time spent at each building has been vastly different. But when Comparing the similarities, Arrive Inner Harbor has stood as the most accommodating and beautiful place i have lived. The staff are the most charismatic and go above and beyond for the residents. I have been extremely pleased and wouldnt have moved anywhere else in Baltimore
