Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesVery good Move in was great. I could move in when I wanted to it was really dedicated to me it made me feel I wasn t being rushed. My apartment was nice some if the appliances didn t work still don t work either. Maintenance comes to fix one thing every 2 weeks a few things in my house still hasn t worked and I have been here for over a month and only seen maintenance twice they didn t come to fix anything on my list came to fix garage disposal which still doesn t work be mindful I moved in the first week of November and the 2nd time I seen maintenance was just the other day and that was an easy fix and they left knowing I have a whole list of stuff that needs to be fixed I have called the office even went to visit just to address the concerns about my work orders but want you to pay 1600 for broken stuff

My apartment was very clean when I moved in I hardly needed to do any cleaning. I have a few minor fixes but they stated they’ll be able to take care of them
