Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI really like it here at Renew at Alton. It is a very clean environment and the neighbors are very nice. The only problem I really have it my smoke detectors are just to close together so everytime I make food my detector goes off.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThese last four small repairs were fixed within 48 hours and the maintenance rep was friendly and experienced. Fix things really fast. We are waiting on the refrigerator inspection this week. We have been here 10 years and this refrigerator is older than that. It does not cool properly and the shelves are old and cracking. Would like replacement. Thsnksvfirbthevfastvrepliesbon the phone and email. My wife is having a hard time trying to grease contract to sign in the Philippines. It has been sent three times and she has never revived the contract. I will call.
