Each year, we a support a nonprofit organization doing good throughout our communities. We collect donations from our residents on their behalf and at the end of the year, we match the donations, dollar for dollar. We make donating easy. Simply choose a donation amount when paying rent online.


Meet Shelter to Shutters

Shelters to Shutters helps transition individuals and families from homelessness to economic self-sufficiency through education, employment, and housing opportunities through partnerships in the property management industry.

By offering a “hand up” to those who are looking to return to work, Shelters to Shutters provides job training, employment screenings, and case management support services to help transition individuals into entry level positions. With our help, the organization can continue to benefit individuals who in turn benefit the communities that they call home.

Proudly Supporting Move For Hunger

Move for Hunger mobilizes renters across the country to reduce food waste and fight hunger. The average apartment community can collect enough food to provide 700 meals to those in need each year! With 41 million Americans struggling with hunger, our support will help feed so many more.


  How You Can Help

At participating Trinity communities, we will supply you with a bag to fill with non-perishable food items two weeks before your schedule move or extended vacation. Bring the bag to the office once you are finished and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you provided meals for those in need.

  We'll Take It From Here

We will store the donation food items in our leasing centers and our partners at Move For Hunger will arrange to have the items picked up and distributed to a local food bank. It's that easy.


Together As A Community

In addition to our companywide Together initiatives, each community hosts their own events that benefit local non-profit organizations through donation drives and fundraising. Recent events include:


Meals On Wheels Donation Drive

Arrive on University hosted a donation drive for Meals On Wheels, collecting necessary toiletries such as toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap. They were able to collect over 100 items and residents helped wrap the items in anticipation of the holiday season!


Mermaids & Magic School Supply Drive

Arrive Eilan has been collecting school supplies for local non-profit, ChildSafe. A large community event complete with synchronized swimming mermaids helped fill their 60” “School Pool” that continues to receive donations for this reputable organization.


Build A Bag Event

At this year’s Regional Management Conference, we hosted a Build A Bag event that provided each team member with water-resistant markers, stencils, duffel bags, and supplies. These items were used to decorate each bag and stuff them full of necessities, toys, and treats! All bags were distributed to foster care homes via Together We Rise.


Push For Pencils

The Magnolia hosted a donation drive for KidSmart and their Push For Pencils program. The community received over 30 donations that included necessary school supplies such as pencils, crayons, markers, and glue. These items will help benefit over 90,000 children in need of basic supplies.
