Each year, our industry partner Satisfacts sends out a resident survey that allows us to compile detailed feedback from residents across the country. Every aspect of multi-family living is covered and we are able to assess our strengths and weaknesses. Although it is a great tool for identifying areas of improvement, it is also a valuable method for recognizing the hard work and success of our on-site teams. The Gratitude Project takes this recognition one step further by highlighting those individuals most frequently mentioned in the annual resident surveys.
Let’s take a closer look at where the data comes from and how we ultimately present it to you. Trinity developed the following questions in order to compile the necessary data for our Gratitude Project:
During your stay, have you witnessed a Trinity team member going above and beyond for your community? Has their commitment to customer service stood out above all others?
After we receive the answers to the aforementioned questions, we are ready to develop our Gratitude video presentation that is screened at our annual leadership conference. 2017’s theme was “May The Sales Force Be With You” based on the ever-expansive Star Wars universe. Below are the Star Fleets (communities) and Jedis (associates) that were recognized this year:
The Bluffs at Mountain Park – Walt Anderson
Serene at Woodlake – Merri Heather Ulrich
The Paragon Apartment Homes – Jacqueline Rymsha
The Township – Precious Samone Johnson
Each associate also earned a bonus for their commitment to customer service. For those of you who haven’t seen the Gratitude Project presentation, please feel free to visit our Youtube channel and view the video.
As members of the Trinity Property Consultants team, we work diligently to provide a Community Redefined at each and every property. The foundation of any community is the service we provide and we will continue to invest in our team members as they pursue customer service excellence!
