Michael Earl
President / Chief Operating
Officer |
With over 30 years of apartment management and
renovation experience, Mike Earl heads up Trinity Property Consultants. Mr. Earl
has been with FPA for over 10 years and has managed the FPA Multifamily
Portfolio for 15 years. Prior, Mr. Earl ran Porta Management Group where he
oversaw a portfolio of approximately 12,000 residential units. He also served as
the regional property manager for the West Coast portfolio of Lincoln Property
Company where he managed over 6,000 residential units in three states. Mr. Earl
is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the California
Apartment Association. |

Joe Clark
Chief Financial Officer

With over 26 years experience, Joe Clark is the Chief Financial Officer for
FPA, Trinity and Redwood. He is responsible for tax compliance, risk management,
banking, accounting, budgeting and managing expenses for our portfolio and
corporate entities. Prior, Mr. Clark was a Managing Director with American
Express Tax and Business Services in San Diego specializing in real estate
taxation and estate tax planning and also served as FPA’s long term CPA. Mr.
Clark is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the California Society of
CPAs, and graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelors degree in
Business Administration, Majoring in Accounting. |

Shelly Sanders
Controller |
Shelly Sanders is responsible for managing the
property accounting group, investor distributions, and overall financial
reporting. Prior, Mrs. Sanders was Vice President, Assistant Controller at
RREEF, a real estate investment firm located in Chicago. Mrs Sanders was also an
auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. Mrs. Sanders is a CPA and graduated from
Illinois State University with a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a minor in
Business Administration.

Ken Miles
Director, Information
Systems |
Ken Miles is responsible for the progressive
development and maintenance of Fowler Property Acquisitions and Trinity Property
Consultants’ computer infrastructure. Mr. Miles has over 19 years experience in
Information Systems, 14 of which have been exclusively in property management.
Prior, Mr. Miles was Manager of Technical Services for the Western National
Group, gaining experience in systems integration, database development, computer
network design, and website development. Mr. Miles was also the Information
Technology Consultant for California State University at San Bernardino. Mr.
Miles graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a Bachelor degree in
Electronic Engineering. |

Susan Chapman
Director,
Human Resources |
Susan Chapman is responsible for all aspects of Human
Resources and payroll for Fowler Property Acquisitions, Trinity Property
Consultants and Redwood Construction. This involves all employment-related
matters including training, benefits, payroll, policy and procedure
implementation, and risk management. She brings over 20 years experience in
human resources and office management with an emphasis in accounting. Prior to
joining Trinity in 2004, Mrs. Chapman held the position of HR Manager for both
Savage Industries, a materials management company; and Matheson Tri-Gas, a
specialized gas manufacturer in Longmont, Colorado. She is an active member with
the Society for Human Resource Management and holds several certificates in
human resources. |

Brent Ferdig
Assistant
Controller

Brent Ferdig is responsible for corporate financial
reporting, cash management, and coordinating the set-up of acquisition
properties. Mr. Ferdig has worked in the property management field for ten
years. Prior, Mr. Ferdig has held the position of Assistant Controller at
Western National Property Management in Irvine, California. Mr. Ferdig graduated
from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona with a Bachelor degree in
Business Administration. |

Lisa Geisel
Accounts
Payable Manager |
Lisa Geisel is responsible for managing the Accounts
Payable department. which includes the processing of 5000+ monthly checks,
maintaining the vendor database, resolving vendor issues, and issuing 1099's.
Lisa has been working with accounts payable in the property management field for
22 years, and has been with Trinity for 11 years. Previously, she was with
Western National Property Management in Irvine, CA for 11 years and managed a
staff of 18 employees. |

Charisse Weaver
National
Training Director |
With over 30 years of apartment management
experience, Charisse Weaver is responsible for the development, implementation
and management of the training programs for all employees, a continual audit
process to maintain the integrity of the management systems, and overseeing and
maintaining the consistency of the company’s policy and procedures including
their fair housing practices. Mrs. Weaver began working with Trinity Property
Consultants in 2001, and has over 33 years in the multifamily industry.
Throughout her career she held many positions including community manager,
portfolio accountant, regional property manager, and regional trainer. Prior,
Charisse was employed by many independent owners with over 10 years with Porta
Management Group where she oversaw a HUD subsidized apartment community of 300
units. She is a Certified HUD Assisted Housing Manager, Tax Credit Occupancy
Specialist and is an active member of the National Apartment Association, the
California Apartment Association and various industry partners’ user groups
throughout the country.

Don Ballard
Director,
Maintenance, Safety and Compliance |
Don Ballard is responsible for providing companywide
Maintenance and Safety Training, Property Inspections, Company Policy, Risk
Management and Industry Standard Compliance and the implementation of the
company’s Preventative Maintenance and “Going Green” programs. Mr. Ballard has
over 25 years experience in Multi-Family Maintenance Management, during which
time he has acquired numerous industry related certifications. Don joined
Trinity Property Consultants in 2004 as an on-site Maintenance Manager and
currently holds the position of Maintenance, Safety and Compliance Director.

David Seiler

West Coast |
David Seiler is responsible for operations functions
of both the West Coast Regions as well as the liason between our JV Partners.
Mr. Seiler has over 16 years experience in the property management industry. Mr.
Seiler holds a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate
from National University, and is a CPM Candidate. Achievements and affiliations
include; Appointment to the Industry Standards Committee, and Finance Committee,
H.U.D. Certified Occupancy Specialist. |

Michaela Smith

Regional Vice President
Midwest |
Michaela Smith is responsible for the management and property operations of
the Midwest multifamily portfolio. Mrs. Smith has over 14 years experience in
the multifamily real estate industry with knowledge in a range from A+ new
construction to overseeing minor to major interior and exterior renovations of B
and C class communities. Prior to joining Trinity in 2005, Mrs. Smith worked for
JPI, Lincoln Property Company and TriVest Residential. Her experience includes
on-site management and for the past 10 years she has held a role at the
corporate level in areas of accounting, compliance, marketing, training asset
management and fee management. |

Erica Fedeczko

Erica Fedeczko is responsible for overseeing the San
Diego portfolio for Trinity Property Consultants. Ms. Fedeczko has been in the
property management industry for the past 10 years and worked for industry
leaders such as Western National Group, Davlyn Investments and Starpoint
Properties. Her experience includes assisting under-performing communities and
executing productive results, standardization and training of new operational
procedures. Today, she stands as a vital part of her team and continues to grow
within the property management industry. |

Rachel Baron-Pulecio
Regional Manager |
Rachel Baron-Pulecio is responsible for overseeing
the Northern California porfolio for Trinity Property Consultants. She has over
20 years experience leasing and managing multi-family and mixed use communities.
Rachel specializes in the supervision of large-scale property renovations,
creating innovative programs to market, lease and reposition the properties she
oversees. Her expertise includes exterior color selection, model, interior and
office/clubhouse design. Prior to working with Trinity, Rachel held a Real
Estate Broker's license and handled the relocation of high-profile clientle in
the sports industry. Rachel is CAM certified and licenced in California as an
Insurance Producer. |

Linda Guajardo
Regional Manager

Linda Guajardo is responsible for the management and
property operations in the Texas markets of Houston and San Antonio, along with
the Indianapolis market. She has over 30 years experience in the multi-family
real estate industry with knowledge in a range from A+ new construction to
overseeing all aspects of interior and exterior renovations of B and C class
communities. Prior to joining Trinity in 2003, Ms. Guajardo worked for Westdale
Asset Management, the Betz Companies, Aimco and Walden Residential. |

Michele Conner
Regional
Manager |
Michele Conner joined the Trinity Property Consultants team in 2004 as a
Community Manager and has since worked as an Area Manager, Regional Training
Associate and now Regional Manager. Her current portfolio consists of properties
located in Houston, San Antonio and Indianapolis. Michele has experience in many
aspects of multi-family management including marketing and training and new
construction lease up. Prior to joining Trinity, Michele worked for AIMCO,
Creekstone Management and Liberty Executive Search. |

Melissa Drewitt
Regional Manager

Melissa Drewitt is responsible for overseeing the operations for both our
Austin and Dallas assets totaling over 2400 units. Mrs. Drewitt has over 11
years experience in the property management industry including corporate housing
and accounting. Prior to joining Trinity in 2007, she worked for Fairfield
Residential, Bridgestreet Corporate housing and Bluestar management. She has
experience which includes on site management, marketing and training.

Summer Falla
Regional Manager

Summer Falla joined Trinity Property Consultants in January 2012 with over 17
years of property management experience. She is responsible for overseeing the
Pacific West portfolio including Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Miss Falla began
her career with Trammell Crow Residential Services as a leasing associate in the
Southwest region in 1995. She currently oversees a portfolio of 15 properties
consisting of nearly 2,900 units. Miss Falla has managed garden style, townhome
and mid-rise properties ranging from severely distressed to high-end luxury and
newly constructed assets. During her career, she has successfully transitioned
12 assets comprised of over 3,300 units and leased-up 3 assets totaling 846
units. Summer also served as a Regional Manager, General Manager, Senior
Property Manager and Trainer for Riverstone Residential Group.

Rebecca Cook
Regional Manager

Rebecca Cook, CAPS joined Trinity Property Consultants in January 2012 with
nearly 30 years of property management experience. Her responsibilities include
maintaining Trinity's fiduciary responsibilities in the supervision and
direction of properties in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Colorado regions. Rebecca's
property management career began as a leasing consultant and assistant manager
in San Antonio. She has been an accomplished property manager, lease-up manager,
and Regional Manager on a variety of assets from new construction to challenging
Class-C rehabs, to tax credit properties. Rebecca has worked with a number of
well respected organizations throughout Texas during her career including NHP,
Cumberland Allegiance, National Realty Management, Allegiance Development and
most recently BH Management Services, Inc. as a Regional Manager. Rebecca holds
a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License and has earned her designation as a
Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment
Association in January 2002. She is also a CPM candidate and is working towards
obtaining her CPM designation.
