There are 2 divisions within the group: residential and student housing; all with regional offices located in Newport Beach, CA; Sacramento, CA; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX and Denver, CO.
The goal of the multifamily group is to provide quality homes for their residents while providing worthwhile returns for their investors.
A specialty of the group is to assume under-performing assets and improving them through capital infusion and renovation or applying improved systems. Only through the personal touch of the more than 300 caring, competent staff members are needs of customers realized and fulfilled.
