The Accounting group is responsible for all internal/external financial reporting, accounts payable, income tax returns and investor distributions for all properties under management. The Accounting Staff is knowledgeable and experienced in the reporting requirements for REITS, Pension Funds and individual investors. Our reporting is customized to investor and lender requirements and our main focus is to provide accurate and timely reports to our clients/investors.
